V0₂ Max Testing

Understand Your Cardiovascular Health & Longevity

What is VO2 Max?

VO₂ max is the volume of oxygen the body can use at maximum capacity. It is the gold standard for measuring your overall fitness and reveals how efficiently your body uses oxygen, giving you precise training zones to help you train smarter, recover faster, and perform at your best. A higher VO₂ max is linked to better cardiovascular health, longer lifespan, and lower risk of chronic disease—making it one of the strongest indicators of overall health and fitness.

Your VO₂ Max score is a powerful predictor of endurance and longevity. It helps to identify optimal heart rate zones, maximize training efficiency and monitor cardiovascular improvements over time.

Why VO₂ Max Matters?

  • Runners, cyclists, and triathletes

  • Competitive athletes

  • Fitness enthusiasts aiming for fat loss or endurance

  • Someone starting or refining a training program
