I had a great experience at NOVA Body Lab today. I came in for VO2 max and resting metabolic rate (RMR) testing. I wasn't sure exactly what to expect but the whole process was easy and efficient. The staff was warm and welcoming. The clinic itself is new and clean and the tests were non-invasive.
